Provide Your Full Name, Phone Number and Email Address.

Once all the information above is provided, a RESERVATION email will be sent out for you to confirm the selected time slot.

Please note that after the reservation email is received, a deposit of $100 is mandatory to ALL Microblading sessions. Including individuals with Gift Certificates/Vouchers. 

*IF DEPOSIT IS NOT MADE IN 24 HOURS, THE RESERVED BOOKING WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED*

ARRIVE ON TIME

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late for your appointment sets the following client’s appointment back. We respect our client’s time and expect the same courtesy. 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are a small salon and space is be limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. 

You must reschedule with more than 48 hours notice, or your deposit will be forfeited. 

Note: Deposits are Non-Refundable.

If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit/fee.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit/fee.

Appointments cannot be rescheduled more then 3 time or your deposit is forfeited.

If you choose to reschedule, you will need to reschedule within 15 days from your initial appointment made, or you will automatically forfeit your deposit/fee
